  Deb helped me the first time I stopped in and then notified me of the sale. When I went back Jess helped me find a chair that fit me because Deb was busy! They were both great! I don’t have the chair yet so I can’t comment on it!

  The store is clean and well organized. Joy Helped us with our selection and was professional and delightful to work with . Since the furniture won’t be here for 6 to 8 weeks I can’t really review that but the experience at the store at the time of purchase was very positive

  We never bought from Lazy Boy before but found the experience to be so helpful. We were buying furniture for our new home including a dining room, sectional, chairs for the den, new chandelier and lighting as well as a display cabinet. We also needed rugs and a runner. We worked with Lindsey to decide options and later Lee came over to our place and measured the rooms and looked at our style and colors. We met with Lee a few weeks later and she was able to put our choices into a 3 D model. She helped with colors and designs so it “flowed” ( our new place is a one level open concept). We couldn’t be happier with the choices and the guidance.

  Super staff. Lee, the designer, came to our house, took measurements, and had suggestions as to what would work best in our home. Back at the store, her computer renderings allowed different pieces of furniture to be popped in and out of the space with ease. The same was done with fabrics. Lee has a keen eye for space and color, which was especially helpful to us. We highly recommend Lee and Joy. They both took time with us, no rushing or pressure to buy. We can’t wait for our delivery!
