  Very knowledgeable staff. Joy was great to work with. She had all the measurements as well as all the details about leather choices, assembly, shipping & delivery etc. Very nice to work with.

  Super staff. Lee, the designer, came to our house, took measurements, and had suggestions as to what would work best in our home. Back at the store, her computer renderings allowed different pieces of furniture to be popped in and out of the space with ease. The same was done with fabrics. Lee has a keen eye for space and color, which was especially helpful to us. We highly recommend Lee and Joy. They both took time with us, no rushing or pressure to buy. We can’t wait for our delivery!

  The show room and customer service were great. I looked at multiple chairs but ultimately decided on the Lazy Boy Maddox recliner because of the look, size and warranty. The recliner is very comfortable and attractive. I purchased the power options w/battery back up and remote. A swivel was also added. The battery doesn’t hold the charge as long as advertised and the swivel adds 3-4 inches in height which is not ideal unless you’re well over 6 feet tall or have extremely long legs. When reclined the chair slowly drifts to the right which I assume is an adjustment issue with the swivel. I guess the jury is still out whether spending $1,500 dollars more than comparable chairs was worth it, I guess only time will tell. With that said, I’m really enjoying the recliner and have taken several naps since its arrival. Lastly, I finally own a Lazy Boy!

  I highly recommend a visit to this store! I was shopping for a smaller sized reclining chair. I was greeted when I entered the store by salesperson Lindsey. Lindsey was most helpful with showing me the options they have. I was impressed with the showroom, and particularly impressed with the knowledge of products that Lindsey shared. She had all the information I was looking for and it was easy for me to make the right decision for my needs. In addition, I was very happy to learn about the various bases they offer for chairs - wall mount, swivel, rocking, etc. Worth a visit for your needs! And ask for Lindsey!

  My wife and I recently visited the La-Z-Boy store in Newington, NH. We were looking to replace a sectional that had become increasingly uncomfortable and decided to explore power recliner options that provide neck and head support. The La-Z-Boy store had a huge selection. We met with Lee Mondor (Store Manager and Designer), who offered to come to our house and help us select furniture that would work in our oddly shaped family room. During her visit, she took measurements and photos, and two days later, we returned to the store where she provided a visual representation of our room on a large monitor. She was able to insert furniture in various sizes, configurations, and colors. We then went to the various sectionals she had selected and found the perfect pieces that worked in our room and fit our budget. When Lee visited our home, she immediately noticed our home theater and understood my desire to place the furniture in the viewing/listening sweet spot. Before speaking with her, I was leaning towards a smaller reclining sofa. After her presentation and discussions about what we were truly trying to accomplish, we came away with a curved sectional with three power recliners that are easy to get in and out of and have infinite adjustments for back, neck, and head comfort. She also suggested a new floor plan that really improved traffic flow. Lee also helped us take advantage of available discounts. We're really pleased that we took advantage of the free design service. Lee was incredibly helpful and patient as we riddled her with questions. She provided a separate set of eyes and helped us select the perfect pieces. We are delighted and would recommend that anyone shopping for furniture visit Lee.
