Poor customer service strikes again at the Nashua, NH location. 1) Please educate your self-check out employees NOT to decide what method of payment the customer wants. 2) He stated "only" a Lowes credit card can be linked to a Lowes profile, this is incorrect 3) Some customers have business credit cards and personal cards, so an employee should not process a payment without concent. 4) Don't mouth off to customers. This isn't the first time the same employee was rude to customers. Are they that desperate for help? It is in the best intrest of all parties to retrain or let him go.
On an unrelated topic the website said it was out of stock on an item but I found them on the shelf. This is an ordering/ stocking issue.

This place is a disaster. I needed 24x78 bifold doors. I called to see if they were in stock and was informed there were 6. I went to buy them and could only find 2, no help to be found, the door isle is in disrepair. I went to the service desk and placed and order for the other 4 I needed. I went to retrieve my order only to be given the wrong doors, 36x78, not even close. They were unable to fill my order and wasted about 4 hours of my time. I would recommend going to any other store. They also did not issue my military discount. I had to get resolved at another location.

I wish to complement two people who went out of their why to help me . I am 8o and J J in the payment booth kept calling for help . Even called all departments. I must say, the store was NOT busy. A sweet girl named Diane was kind enough to put them in my trunk . I wished to tip them but they refused. The date was 4/9/26
