  This location is wonderful no problems with shopping that mess. Here was great everyone there was friendly. The customers were nice. Staff members were great too, but the only downfall that I have is an item that I bought my daughter. I didn’t see any issues with it when I bought it I just opened it up today and I opened the lid and I happen to see that it was already tampered with. I never opened it completely. My daughter never touched it. Nobody in my household did it was up and away from anyone to touch it. I didn’t think of looking if it was opened at the store. So now my daughter’s not gonna want to play with us because someone else’s fingers were in it. In the photo shown that I have taken, this is what I found this product as

  This is one of the larger if not the largest Hobby Lobby I've been to. They had a lot of fabric compared to other craft stores. Neat, organized and friendly staff. Tax free in NH.

  LOVED Hobby Lobby! What a massive selection of merchandise and great sales. They have everything you could think of. If you're looking for fabric since Joann's closed, Hobby Lobby has a large selection to choose from. I was very happy with my shopping experience and will be going back again.

  The customer service there is so rude. I was returning an item with the original receipt, unopened, that shipped late and was unaware that you can only get a store refund for an online order. I said never mind I will return it online and asked for a bag for the items that were pulled out of the packaging. The store clerk had to ask someone else if I could have a plastic bag and then that person has to ask someone else. They came back and asked if I was doing anymore shopping with people behind me waiting in line. I have never been treated like this in a store before and will not be shopping at Hobby Lobby anymore. There are so many other options where the return policy is not inconvenient for the customers and they aren’t rude.
