  Well organized store. Knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. No pressure. Cleared up a lot of questions. Upgrading from from a manual La-Z-boy I've had for years and still is super comfortable. It's now going in my office. Only automatic chair I could find with a WIRELESS remote. I really do not like the wired remotes! Like in my car, it remembers my settings so the grand kids can play as they like 😊

  We ordered a custom sectional couch from La-Z-Boy in June 2025 and, as of now almost 8 months later, still do not have it. The original delivery was scheduled for late November. When the couch arrived, one section had a puncture, requiring us to refuse delivery so it could be sent back for repair. Since then, the process has been defined by poor communication and lack of follow-through. We made dozens of phone calls, many of which were never returned, and had to visit the store multiple times just to get updates. There appears to be a consistent breakdown in communication between the store and the delivery service. A rescheduled delivery on January 10, 2026 did not occur. While the truck was being loaded, the delivery driver called to inform us that only 3 of the 4 sections were available and that La-Z-Boy should have notified us ahead of time. We were later told the missing piece never made it onto the truck. We chose to wait until all pieces are ready for delivery. A 10% discount has since been applied, but we still do not have the couch and have received no clear timeline or status updates. We moved into a new home and, because of these delays, went through the holidays without a couch. What should have been an exciting time instead became months of uncertainty and repeated follow-ups with little information. Given La-Z-Boy’s reputation, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We are open to updating this review once the order is completed and communication improves, but until then, we cannot recommend purchasing a custom order from this location.
