When asking staff when they would be available to purchase I was told they will bring it down when they feel like it. I used to love this store, but after that as a response I will never shop there again.

This is now the second time they’ve taken my cart—with my selected items in it—while I briefly stepped away to shop an aisle. I grew up in a time when you didn’t bring your cart into every narrow or congested aisle, and I still practice that courtesy. The first time this happened, the store removed my cart even though it contained my keys and wristlet. This evening, I made sure to take my bag with me, shopped one aisle, and returned to find my cart gone again. To top it off, when I went to check out, the cashier and the checkout lead were actively discussing personnel issues right at the register. It felt unprofessional and added to the overall frustration of the visit. At this point, I’m done with this location. I’ll happily make the drive to Portsmouth instead. And yes, I know it’s a first-world problem—but it’s also basic customer service and respect for shoppers’ belongings. Sorry, Nashua, but you’ve lost my business.
