However, the reason for my 2-star rating is a significant issue with the unit itself. There are sharp screws sticking out from the base of the interior walls. When I reported this, management told me it was 'standard' and that all the units are like that. Frankly, it doesn't matter if it's standard; it's a hazard. Customers shouldn't have to strategically work around sharp objects that could easily damage their furniture, boxes, or other fragile belongings. While I'm glad I noticed them before anything was damaged, the principle of the matter is what's unacceptable. The facility is otherwise nice and the staff is helpful, but this major flaw is why I can't give a higher rating.
