I never got anything in the mail an increase in my monthly storage rent . Heather was able to give me a discount and also explain to me that when I get my things out of storage that I would not have to pay a performal month that they could prorate for as many days that, I would need. Heather had a great sense of humor her customer service skills were top-notch.
