  Hired to plow my driveway for the storm. He was super responsive, and honestly extremely cheap. Day of, I Heard nothing all day. At 5:30pm I asked when he would be coming by and he said 1-1.5 hours. At 9pm I asked if someone was still coming because I was going to bed soon. He immediately replied that someone absolutely would. He had gotten into an accident, but someone else would definitely be by. No one ever showed, called, or texted well into the next day. I ended up contacting someone else and they got to me within two hours. I feel bad that he got into an accident, but there was zero communication throughout the entire situation without my prompting and in the end I just got ghosted. I would have understood if he told me that he no longer could, but instead he yes’d me and no showed.

  Today, I hired Dylan’s Yard Service to plow my driveway, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. Despite it being a last-minute request, Dylan responded promptly and was very accommodating. He took the time to ask whether I preferred the driveway to be cleared at the beginning or the end of the snowfall, which I greatly appreciated. He also went above and beyond by getting out to shovel areas, even though I was only expecting the driveway to be plowed. I highly recommend his services and will absolutely be keeping his contact information for future work. Thank you, Dylan!

  Dylan mows 5 of my properties weekly, I can't say anything but great things about him. Punctual, responsive , respectful and most importantly does great work

  Dylan provides outstanding plowing services and is incredibly responsive. The first time I reached out to him, I was returning from a trip and found a massive mound of snow blocking my driveway from the street plow that I couldn’t shovel on my own. After seeing his excellent reviews on the Nashua Residents Facebook page, I texted him, and he arrived within an hour. Not only did he take care of my driveway, but when I mentioned that my elderly neighbor’s snow blower had broken, he generously plowed their driveway at no cost. Dylan does great work, and he’s an even better person! Highly recommend.

  Communication was terrible, never responded to calls, then on his first day of plowing sent a text saying "im going to pass on any future work" after I reached out asking why it was not fully completed. He then proceeded to not respond after that text as well. Do not use this service!!!
