- TOTasha Obrien2 days ago2.0Had unit for 1 year - rates went up 3 times. Half the units are inaccessible when it’s raining or snow is melting due to poor building design. Units are not water tight and there is constantly moisture in your stuff. When you move out, have to pay for full month even if you notify them well in advance.

- DMD MMar 3, 20263.0everyone was friendly. I didn’t like the company admin fee that is required for each unit rented. Also the price will eventually go up significantly. This is the same business models of Verizon and Comcast who are rightfully ranked at the bottom of customer satisfaction.
