- MFMatt & Jackie FoodiesApr 4, 20261.0Greedy. That’s the word I would summarize this location / company. I’ve used storage units from various companies and this is by far the worst one. They raised our monthly payment twice in 6 months. One jump was from 160 to 240 per month. The unit was advertised as locked in rate but they hide a clause where they can modify any rate as they please. I will adamantly tell my friends, family, and hopefully you reading this not to waste your time and hard earned money on this business.
