After spending a significant amount of money, I expected a much higher standard of service and support. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon delivery, we were provided with the wrong installation instructions. Trusting the materials supplied, we followed them, only to discover—after significant issues arose—that we had set up the pool incorrectly. This mistake resulted in a bent frame and a compromised structure, requiring us to pay over $3,500 out of pocket for a professional to come and fix what should have been done right the first time. To make matters worse, when we reached out for assistance, customer service offered us a $200 voucher as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, this does not come close to addressing the financial and emotional stress caused by their error. We are not looking for a free pool, but rather a reasonable reimbursement that reflects the seriousness of their mistake and demonstrates good faith. I have tried to resolve this amicably and professionally, but the lack of a meaningful response is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a caution to others and encourages the company to take responsibility for their mistakes and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

The manager Alex has been great with helping us get our pool open and back running after it had been closed ~3 years. Had a few hiccups a long the way but Alex and staff were able to help me through the entire process. The prices are definitely on the higher side so I don't always buy their products but the customer service is so helpful that it is without a doubt my go-to pool store.
