  Come here all the time. I just asked about missing clothes bc a few items of mine are missing. Mentioned it to the worker, it’s 1030pm at night. She gave me attitude when I questioned how long they hold clothes when it’s a simple question. She then went out of her way to come up to me when I was switching to the dryer and say “we aren’t required to hold anyone’s clothes just do you know we aren’t a storage unit” which no one said it’s required to hold anyone’s clothes, I asked because I’m missing items. So tomorrow I’ll make it a point to come by and let the manager know. I come here all the time and the other girls are great, just want to add that as well. There’s always one bad apple, this girl tonight is exactly that.

  Ennovi has given me nothing but the most spectacular service! I don’t even need to wash my clothes here but I come in just to be serviced by her. Truly amazing!

  I do my laundry here because the employees care and go above and beyond for their customers and seeing to the cleanliness of the laundromat. Celeste assisted me to and I’m so impressed with her customer service skills and attention to detail. Thank you Laundromax!

  I was told with big washers for 21$ (and change) you get 80 minutes free dry. I did the washer they said the minutes would appear on card. It didn't...guy at counter put 20 mins on. Luckily it was dry, but the first $10. You spend to get a card. You only get $7 on that card. For someone that should have only spent $25 at most. I ended up going close to 40 because it took my money when it was supposed to be a free dry, not to mention after I was doneI should have still had almost an hour left.. Not only did I spend more money than I should have.I didn't get any of the dry time or points.I should have... On top of the clothes not even seeming to wash that great which normally I would have just let go if everything else went how it was supposed to, but the amount I spent?And the reason I came to this one just did not end up.What it should have?It was my first time here.I will be going somewhere else from now on

  Getting worse over the years. This place used to be GREAT! Clean, organized. Inviting. Over the years I have watched this laundromat degrade to your typical barely tolerable dirty city laundromat. They took the tv’s off the walls. They painted the place so that it now has a sterile uninviting all white atmosphere. It is unclean more often than not. Broken machines. The parking lot is dirty and sketchy, especially out back. And prices are too high to justify putting up with these changes. It is like they no longer care about this laundromat and barely put any effort into maintaining it. It is still tolerable if you need a place to go. But otherwise, there are cleaner (and cheaper) options in the city.
