At least make an attempt at making you feel like you care about the wants and needs of the potential client, or customer. No sale today. Probably never return. - BHBill HutchingsMay 29, 20181.0Bait and switch. Advertise this "massive sale" yet mark up prices citing an "increase in materials cost". I purchased a nice manual leather recliner as the "made in the USA" resonated and there was a sale. Priced right around $1000 with all discounts, with not particular sale, just regular incentives, but I had to purchase a cheap candle holder (that I threw away) as the discount above a $1k purchase required at least $1k in purchases and the chair was $999. All in all ended up ~$900. When I saw the sale flyers all over Manchester, Derry and Londonderry I figured maybe I could pick up another of the same chair for additional savings and low and behold they had the same nice chair on the floor (with very little inventory displayed as half the store was partitioned off for renovations). I was surprised to see that with this "great sale" the chair had been marked up to $1400+ then marked down to just over $1000. No real savings, just a wasted trip with the items marked down quite a bit seeming to be old, non-moving inventory. The salesman cited the pricing due to an increase in materials.
