    I ended up needing a whole new kitchen in my new home. Truly nothing was salvageable. Not even fixtures such as faucets. I was completely out of my depth in needing to do a full renovation on the fly but this wasn’t a problem for the wonderful ladies here. Both Laura and Ashley were amazing in being able to answer questions in person and via email. When we discovered I’d need a RO faucet halfway through they were great in adding that on. We even had a little hiccup when the wrong strainer showed up. They knew I had kids at home and it would be a hassle to return it. So they just had me pop it back in the box and set it outside. They had it picked up and the right one delivered. It might seem like a small thing but when you’re having everything go wrong the little things that go right don’t go unnoticed. I always try to shop local and this is one of the many reasons why. Smaller companies just care more. The pricing and selection is on par with the internet companies. When you’re already incredibly overwhelmed and just want some hand holding for once it’s silly to even consider Wayfair and the like. Once you factor that in, you’re saving money with a company like this.

    Ask for Laura!!! We are currently in the process of renovating two bathrooms and were lucky enough to meet Laura Espinosa. She has been extremely helpful guiding us through the countless options and making suggestions based on her expertise & experience. My wife has said numerous times "Laura has made this process effortless and fun. I don't know where we'd be without her". Laura - thank you very much. We'll refer you to everyone we know! Five Stars.

    We're having a house built, and we had questions about walk-in bathtubs. Our contractor uses Ferguson for all their plumbing, so we made an appointment. Laura was extremely helpful: even though they did not have the tubs we were looking for in stock, she was able to get us the information we needed regarding dimensions and configuration. Afterwards, she invited us to stay for a bit and browse the showroom, as she didn't have another appointment for a while (right now they are by appointment only, and they require customers to wear masks and gloves while in the showroom; they had gloves available, I can't remember if they had masks). Excellent experience all around.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
