I was a customer for a year and a half and think it was a little upsetting that my monthly amounts changed during the warmer and colder months when no change in accommodations were made. There was no heat or cooling services provided yet the rates increased when it got hotter out. I thought that was very unfair to customers considering we have no control of weather change yet we were charged for it with no extra accommodations to my unit
