I managed to not only lock myself out, but lock my spare in as it had fallen out of my usual safe spot in my backpack evidently. Bob promptly answered right at 8:00 AM when I called, and was out to my Buick just 15 minutes later. Bob was cheery, polite, and professional and got me into my car in no time at all. If you're in a jam, I have no doubt Bob would take care of anyone just as well as he took care of me, thank you so much!
