    I had 2 rat boxes total in back and side on my house with the other pest control people, now, I only have 1. I’m not too happy about that and box is not secure. I’ll have to do more questioning on this service with the rodent protection, I don’t want mice or rats, that’s my whole purpose of this

    Communication is not great. The service team did not try to get in touch with the homeowner so they ended up not treating the inside the house several times. Not sure what they actually have done outside as well. Bad service.

    Very pleased with the service. Don’t see ants, silverfish, spiders since service began. Very thorough when doing applications. Technicians are courteous and let you know when they are on the way.

    The service provider came and went through the house and garage (inside and outside) checking for areas where mice or other small animals could get in. He filled the areas he could and informed me of areas that needed some carpentry work. He was pleasant and thorough.
