  Using this facility has been very seamless and Eric has been such a tremendous help through the years. I have been renting units for years now and each time I have an issue or question he goes above and beyond to research and address it and I could not be more thankful!

  This location is pretty much the ideal of what you want in a storage facility. Spacious, well-lit, immaculately clean, dry and secure. Lots of carts and roomy elevators. Easy access. And to top it all off there’s Eric, the manager. I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service in my life: he’s incredibly welcoming, proud of his building and the team, super attentive and meticulous. When I brought my 85 year-old father in to reserve his first-ever storage unit while my folks moved out of their house, Eric took great care of my dad, finding him the right size unit (no upselling), patiently talking him through all the details—it was awesome. He even remembered our names when we came back a month later to move in, and made sure my dad had a comfortable chair and something to drink while the movers unloaded. I would urge anyone with storage needs to use this place, even if it’s a little further away than your other options: it’s totally worth it!

  We have used Bluebird Storage for several years and are very satisfied with the facility and operations. Very Clean and well kept. Hours and location are convenient. Safety and security are excellent.

  Bluebird storage is the CLEANEST storage facility I have ever seen ! The ease of moving items in and out of my unit is better than driving up to an outside storage facility. I can slide the items out of the back of my car or truck right onto the big metal carts provided, and roll it right INTO my unit where I would like to place the items. And yes, all the wheels on the cart go in the same direction !!! The staff at Bluebird has always been VERY professional, efficient, informative, and they have the best COVID precautions I have seen yet in this pandemic. I have recommended Bluebird to two friends, and they have both rented units there. A WIN WIN !
