Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using the Littleton Lowe’s for a project. I was planning on using this Lowe’s for my bathroom remodel. I was looking for bathroom tile samples, among other things, I bought several single tiles, and a single simple tile rang up for over $30, apparently the cost for the whole box, which I did not realize until I got home (which is a 90 min drive - one way). You would think it would be a simple solution in our world of technology for a company like Lowes who is worth over $129 BILLION DOLLARS to easily and effectively fix this for any customer. So I called them the same day, I was on the phone for nearly 25 minutes, aside from the obvious of them just looking at the camera footage from the checkout, I suggested they could figure out the unit price and adjust it so I’m only charged the cost of one tile, at one point the customer service person said, they just needed “an override” and put me hold again. And then finally after nearly 25 minutes, of me mostly being on hold, he tells me there is nothing he can do to help and I have to make the drive (3 hours in total) all the way back and that they cannot access their camera system to confirm I only bought a single tile. Not only do they make customers ring up ALL their own stuff, but then they make resolving issues an absolute headache for the customer. As it’s a rural area, I have to make a very long trip for a $30 refund (now out of principle) and have to find a more competent company for my bathroom project. Luckily there is a Home Depot next store.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator that was in factory packaging with no signs of damage. Got it home and found out it was damaged. Went back to the Littleton store and talked with 2 different managers they refused to even look at the damage. Reason was it had 48 hours since I purchased it. I called Samsung they said it was on Lowes and have them take it back and they would credit the store. So I went back and still they refused to look at the damage. I live 20 miles away and work fulltime. For me to go back to the store a 2nd times and to have the management refuse to look at the damage. Lowes has the worse customer service will not stand behind the products they sell. I am on a mission to spread the work. I now own a $1600 refrigerator that i can not use. Lowes acts they care the reply is generic and is just for looks. Called the number and they didn't want to discuss the matter of damaged product and lack of customer service. If I could give a lower review I would. I opens a claim with my credit card company and Lowes lied and gave false information to the credit card company. For reason at this point I am not surprised. As it stands I have expensive refidrerator that is no good to me still has the protective wrap on it and Lowes will not even look at when I return to the store. Beware of Lowe's policy on damage product... They don't tell you about it until after you have a problem and they say its against policy.

I ordered a washer and dryer and paid for delivery and install. They failed to deliver 3 times due to snow/ice, showing up to my home and then leaving. When I called the store and spoke to Garett, he explained they use a 3rd party company who uses a 3rd party company for the delivery and their trucks are not made for this weather. I ended up having to cancel the entire order as I can't predict the weather and don't have time to keep making myself available during delivery windows. Don't offer delivery service if you can't provide that service. Also, the drivers were rude, cursed at me and hung up on me.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
