When are hot tub was delivered. Patrick and his coworker did an excellent job putting the hot tub on our deck and explained everything thoroughly to get the hot tub up and running.

When I finally received a call, the response was not at all helpful nor courteous. I’ll be seeking pool services elsewhere.

We recently had to replace a deceased robot vacuum, and Anna was extremely helpful, and efficient! All the staff know their subject and priducts; you really can't be in better hands!
- BHBenedicte HenrotteMay 21, 20171.0Paquette Pools built my pool back in 1973 so it is sort of "grandfathered in" as far as design. I had the liner replaced again a couple of years ago and it came mis-measured so they had to come back in the fall to redo. As the design as so old Paquette Pools are the only ones who really know the guts of the pool. They apparently changed a fitting that was corroded but the pool is still leaking at the inlet. Talking with the local pool person it seems that they should have fixed that before they replaced the liner and cut the holes. I have left 18 messages for Bud Paquette to get in touch with me and NONE have been answered!!!!!!! VERY disappointed! Now we have to look at a white hose above ground to by-pass that fitting which is the only way we can run the pool! :( Bad, Bad customer service!
