I love the digital backup ability and how it works with the key hero mobile phone app. What I wish the kiosk had was the ability to copy and cut master locks. I would also like an option to merely copy a key for digital backup and not have to cut a new key in the process. 4/5 stars for missing master padlock keys and having the option to make a digital copy only.
