    Me and my family moved to the Gilford area about three years ago, and I gotta say the customer service has really gone downhill in the past three years. At first, when we first started to go there everybody there was very pleasant and welcoming. It was just an overall good experience in the store. But recently in the past three months, Ive had multiple instances where I have gone into the store to either pick up or shop around and the employees are extremely rude and have made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know if there is stuff going on with shoplifters or something, but they will just follow you around and stare at you and make very hateful and weird comments. Just to name one issue, when me and my family came into the store to get some holiday decorations, One of the employees was standing by the door, raised up his hands and said “Whoa! Are you coming to invade us or something?” Maybe he said that because I came in with both my brothers and my parents, possibly as a joke, but still came off as weird and made me feel really uncomfortable. I just ended up leaving with my family. Another time very recently, I went in with my brother again to pick up a plant and another employee decided to stare at us very intensely while me and my brother were checking out at the self check out. He then came up to us and stood behind us the entire time very closely until I turned around and asked if something was wrong, he then said “I’m just making sure everything is OK over here”. Very offputting to experience that, especially as a young woman. I have made the decision to not go here anymore, especially after multiple instances of things like this happening. I implore the managers to please take a look at their customer service and please make a change on how their employees interact with customers.

    Purchasing appliances is very easy. they have no problem with taking your money. however actually receiving your appliances is the hard part! we had a delivery scheduled for yesterday the appliance arrived damaged. The delivery guys were unsure the fridge would even work. They ended up taking it back and the movers got us in contact with the warehouse. The woman on the phone told us she would call us right back yesterday we have still yet to hear from her!!! I ended up going to the store this morning and the guys we talked to were very little help. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for appliances! Lowe’s needs self improvement!

    Plenty of gas tanks in stock. I must say, gas tanks have a lot of safety features. Sometimes makes it a pain to open or close the container

    I can't give zero stars, so I had to give one, but No stars at all. three months for damn quote.And then when I finally get it, it's three times more than the first quote I received.This is bullshit go to home depot

    Love this place. However they could take a few tips from Home Depot. I love Lowes layout, but H.D. has better offerings.
