However, I would recommend this company only for short term storage as they raise their rent around 30% every few months. I was in my unit for just short of two years and in that time my rent doubled. They entice you with an attractive discount rate but you are soon paying more than the competitive storage companies. They would do better to set a competitive rate and hold it for a year. Their current method invites a high turnover of low rent tenants.
