The process was longer than anticipated, and there was a bit more paperwork to complete once in the office. Unfortunately, the unit I paid for (online) wasn’t accurately represented and there weren’t other units available (in the size needed) at the same location. The representative recommended another location just a few miles away, called his colleague on my behalf, and explained the situation. While, this new location wasn’t as convenient for me, the storage unit met my needs, was less expensive, and the process of transferring (without double paying) was simple due to the boots on the ground collaboration of these two reps. Highly recommended.
