The online process let me complete everything as if I could move in that same day, but it didn’t verify whether I’d actually be able to access my unit — which caused a lot of stress since it was very important for me to move in right away. Fortunately, I was able to wait until the next morning. When I came in, the two employees I spoke with were very kind and understanding. They took the time to listen and explain the entire process, which I really appreciated since this was my first time renting a storage unit. Overall, I wish the after-hours process for new customers had been clearer, but the in-person staff made up for it with their great service.
