    Update: Once again I reached out to the number Lowes provided and talked to a rather pleasant service rep that could nothing to help. I've requested multiple times by email and phone to talk to someone and no one has reached out. No one can say why the tickets were closed multiple time with no action or contact. No one can say why no one contacted me when the snowblower wasn't delivered. Thr whole experience cost me time and money and frustration. Incompetent and Apathetic Before I posted this I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went to Lowes Concord to try to resolve the issue or get contact information for someone that could. I was greeted by a dismissive arrogant costumer service rep who refused to give me any information and said there was no one in the Store that could help me. So here is what happened. I purchased a snowblower on November 22nd and scheduled the delivery for December 1st and took the day off to receive it. Lowes sent me a time window the night before. December 1st the snowblower did not show up. I checked the online status to find it had been changed to December 8th. December 2nd a foot of snow was expected. I went to the store to find out what happened and why I was never notified. Emily the scheduler said it wasn't assembled and never made it on to the truck. When I asked her why I wasn't notified she just shrugged. They said the can assemble it but not deliver it. So I rented a truck and picked it up. After I returned to truck I went home to try it out. There was no gas and more concerning no oil in it. It had never been tested. I returned to Lowes and the gave me oil. I added the amount of oil the user guide said. When I started it up Oil and gas spewed from the exhaust. The inside was rusted. I called Costumer service who said they can do nothing for 72 hours but I would here back from the Concord Lowes. 72 hours later with no phone call I called customer service again and after 2 hours found out Concord Lowes kept closing my ticket with no action, resolution or contact and that they had no snowblowers left in stock. Once again I was assured I would here back within 24 hours from Concord Lowes. 24 hours later without a phone call I called customer service back to find out once again Concored Lowes closed my ticked with no action, resolution or contact. After another hour on the phone the only thing they can do is schedule a pick up of the defected snowblower they sold me then 10 days after the pick up I will be refunded. I was offered a $25 gift card for my troubles. I found that insulting. The incompetency, apathy and negligence of the Concord Lowes can not be what comes down from corporate. Avoid this store at all costs. Go anywhere else.

    I bought an Ironside mailbox for $90 It seems nice, large capacity, positive magnetic closure. I did not buy the ratcheting straps pictured here
