One should at least get people to a phone interview because unless you go to church, have short red hair, and wear glasses, you won't even be considered. Customer service is the worst, no greeting as you enter, no one on the sales floor to offer help or suggestions, and check out is beyond slow!! All walks of life make up this country and we should all be accepted even if we like Halloween, have long hair, and our church is Nature!
