Breaker panel connection issues, salt water system connections were not installed properly when it was delivered. They left the default salt water cartirdge in my hot tub and left not before saying "you are all set". I had to use my "white glove service" in order for them to resolve the issue that they negligently caused. They do not care about their customers or their product and that is very clear. I would not reccomend you purchase a hot tub from this company. They are shady and do not stand by their product.
