HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
1st, I went to Bedford lowes at 550pm Sunday, to buy material for a deck and stairs. J
After waiting 30 something minutes at there pro desk. I had to walk across the store to ask someone for help!! He tells me im "to late, i dont take any orders past 6pm!! You can order online though" I told him I realize that I can order online and would've done so if they showed all the material I needed for the deck. And wouldnt have drove there in the 1st place if i wanted to order online! I said I thought they would want business while they where open!!?? But they are the only store that carries the color the client liked! So I go back monday mid day order and pay, and pay for delivery witch never came no call no nothing they didnt care about any of it. Worse place try Homedepot!!! The costumer service is waaaayyyy better. There's a little more info about this below!
I PAID $1800 FOR MATERIAL +($80 FOR DELIVERY 8am to 8pm TUESDAY 4/28! ) Tuesday comes no delivery no call. I had to call them 2 times and got no information at all. I sat at the client house till 830pm! I Was supposed to start to build the deck and stairs wendsday (client is 80 vet in a wheelchair, and cant leave the house with out the deck!)
It's almost pm wendsday night! I still have not received any material from lowes that's only 15 min away from delivery address!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, I HOPE YOU CAN LEARN FROM MY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH LOWES. IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED BUILD OR CONTRACTOR AND THERE AT YOUR HOUSE WAITING FOR THE MATERIALS YOU PAID FOR AND THAT NEVER SHOWED UP! AND ALL I GOT WAS OOPS OH WELL.. BUT STILL NO DELIVERY DATE AT THIS POINT!! PLEASE TURN AND RUN AWAY FROM LOWES!!! GOOD LUCK YOULL NEED IT!

Be very aware of Bedford Lowe’s! I am a contractor who placed an order in store on Sunday. Got a crew in place for Thursday delivery for installation Received a call at 1:30p Wednesday that they do not have the inventory. Was hung up by Dan (supervisor) because he couldn’t handle the fact I was frustrated! Dan needs to find a more suitable job that doesn’t deal with the public! The inventory online states they have 701 in inventory and all I needed is 165! I then called back and spoke to a store supervisor in Concord where the product was coming from in the same manner and she was not only professional but helpful. The inventory number was wrong and product is not in stock (not my fault but Bedford’s/computer entry). They won’t even be able to state if or when they will get more. You can not special order it either. Was told they can not even track it and let the contractor know when it is available! Horrible business practice. I will have to find another place and send my customers there!
Respond to Lowe’s:
Telling a customer to call a generic customer service line proves my point. I did call 3 times prior to writing this review. Instead of calling customer service line the next call to Lowe’s will be to cancelled order and redirect my customer to your competitors who actually deliver the product hassle free.

I had a terrible time at the Nashua Lowe’s location and came here instead to fulfill my order. Joanna and Alecs at the service desk were the sweetest ladies. They helped me resolve the issues I was having at the Nashua location. If you’re gonna shop at Lowe’s, shop at this one, stay away from the Nashua location.

Upon entry I bee lined right to the paint department as I was purchasing some drywall tape and joint compound and some caulking and I had the most perfect helper in Robert. Only one item was in his department, the caulk the remaining items were in the building section.
Robert walked me to over, he could have left me and gone back to the paint department but he didn't. He stayed with me. Made sure I got everything I needed and then escorted me back to the front of the store.
One of the best experiences I've had at Lowe's and I usually have very good experiences.
All your associates are very kind and helpful.....hence why I shop at Lowe's
