There's definitely some improvements to be made; they could have done the work in one day (I know they said the weather was an issue, but you should plan for that.), they could have told me they left the light for the sauna in my shed, they could have put the tarp on the sauna while it wasn't finished like they promised they would but didn't so it would be protected in the meantime...really more of a 3 star experience but I'm giving a star because the guys came a day early on their second visit to finish, and they were very accommodating of my requests while they were here. They put in good effort.

From my initial phone call to set up appt for service, to the voicemails I got in response to questions, everyone was respectful, courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. Our service tech Thomas has such a great attitude - he went over and above to close our tub for the winter on a chilly morning right after a big snow storm. He got there so early in the morning that it was before we could get outside to shovel the snow, so he cleared things off. He did a great job cleaning and securing everything (this is the first time in the several years we’ve had the tub that we decided to close it for winter). Every question was answered and his positive attitude was so admirable . When we bought the tub the sales experience with Adam was great too, and we are treated well when we drop in the store for supplies. Overall they deserve five stars and more!
