  I could not be more disappointed with this company. I've had countless issues with my hot tub since purchasing it. Breaker panel connection issues, salt water system connections were not installed properly when it was delivered. They left the default salt water cartirdge in my hot tub and left not before saying "you are all set". I had to use my "white glove service" in order for them to resolve the issue that they negligently caused. They do not care about their customers or their product and that is very clear. I would not reccomend you purchase a hot tub from this company. They are shady and do not stand by their product.

  My delivery experience was fine. There's definitely some improvements to be made; they could have done the work in one day (I know they said the weather was an issue, but you should plan for that.), they could have told me they left the light for the sauna in my shed, they could have put the tarp on the sauna while it wasn't finished like they promised they would but didn't so it would be protected in the meantime...really more of a 3 star experience but I'm giving a star because the guys came a day early on their second visit to finish, and they were very accommodating of my requests while they were here. They put in good effort.

  Mainely Tubs is an excellent organization in every regard. From my initial phone call to set up appt for service, to the voicemails I got in response to questions, everyone was respectful, courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. Our service tech Thomas has such a great attitude - he went over and above to close our tub for the winter on a chilly morning right after a big snow storm. He got there so early in the morning that it was before we could get outside to shovel the snow, so he cleared things off. He did a great job cleaning and securing everything (this is the first time in the several years we’ve had the tub that we decided to close it for winter). Every question was answered and his positive attitude was so admirable . When we bought the tub the sales experience with Adam was great too, and we are treated well when we drop in the store for supplies. Overall they deserve five stars and more!

  Excellent customer service from the team at the Fryeburg fair to the scheduling department, right up to delivery! Looking forward to many relaxing years in our Hot springs salt water hot tub.
