- MPMatt PApr 25, 20264.0I shop this store often. Employees are helpful, especially at the pro desk. I do not agree with the Gutter Guard salesmen set up in the store entrance. I'm not judging these salesmen individually, but my opinion of the gutter screen industry is that it's predatory, especially toward trusting senior citizens. They'll quote $6700, then when you balk, they'll claim they have some extra supplies on the truck from a cancelled order, and suddenly the price lowers to $4790, then they'll go to the truck, call their boss and the price lowers another $500. Then they'll offer you financing at an interest rate which is percentage point below the NY State statute for Criminal Usury. I've dealt with homeowners who've had roof damage and leaks from gutter screen installs. Lowe's is cheapening it's brand reputation by partnering with this industry. Thank you.

I placed a large order (over $2,000, 31 items) online expecting a smooth and efficient pickup process. Instead, I ended up waiting over 3 hours inside the store just to get assistance and retrieve my order. This is completely unacceptable. During those 3+ hours: • No one seemed to know where my order was • Employees were unorganized and clearly not trained properly • I was repeatedly ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses • Management was either unavailable or showed zero urgency to resolve the situation For a company like Lowe’s, handling online pickups should be basic operations — especially for a high-value order like this. Instead, it felt like there was no system, no accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. If you value your time, avoid this location at all costs. Serious issues with management and staff coordination. I will not be returning.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
