    We used Sparebox at this location for over 3 years and it was very convenient. The location is quiet and safe and the area is clean. It was easy to pay our bill online but the fee did increase considerably from when we first rented ($175 to $235), however that seems to be normal for storage companies. We canceled our unit because we needed a smaller one that they did not have available at that location. They didn't respond to our emails but we had no problem reaching anyone by phone and canceling was easy. Overall, this is a good, reputable company and I would rent from them again (at an introductory price!).

    I want to start by saying I hardly ever leave reviews, especially negative ones. It has been nothing but a dumpster fire to work with this company. I called to get a storage unit, and I should have known it would be an issue when I couldn't sign the contract they sent me; after three times calling them, it was finally resolved. Furthermore, the unit they had initially assigned me to when I arrived was occupied by another tenant. I called to inform the business, and they assigned me a different unit. I asked for a new contract with the correct unit and price, reflecting that. I also had to call several times to ensure this was entirely correct. Through this process alone, I had spoken with many different receptionists and even a superior, telling me everything was taken care of. Several people told me they would call me back after the issue was resolved. No one ever called back. To make matters worse. I have now gotten several calls telling me I'm being charged a clean-out fee for the unit that was initially locked and that I was never assigned to. This is now the second time this has happened, and I've called and explained the situation several times. Again, the receptionist told me they would send it to corporate and give me a callback, and never did. Well, to top it all off, my husband went to the storage unit this morning to collect some items, and there is now a new lock outside our unit. Regardless, we now do not have access to our unit, which is extremely inconvenient. I'm also wondering if our stuff is still in our unit or if it's been removed. We have been paying for our unit every month and on time! I'm beyond frustrated. You are never allowed to talk to the property manager; there is never someone onsite. DO NOT RENT HERE.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
