  Precision Pool has been absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. I've gotten tired of other pool companies not responding to calls or being willing to answer questions. Darrin and Erwin at Precision have become my main go-to for pool expertise and products the last three or four years. They answer the phone when I call, even when I'm not buying a product or scheduling service. They take the time to come out and check on things when issues arise and are always willing to cheerfully troubleshoot a problem or explain how equipment works. It has become incredibly and increasingly rare to find businesses that provide this kind of excellent service.

  I've had no luck having this company repair my Coverstar Pool Cover, despite many phone messages, and I have found them to be very unresponsive. Here’s my story: I contacted Precision Pool and Covers in April of 2020 to request that they troubleshoot and provide me with a bid to repair my CoverStar in-ground pool cover. I was contacted by Darrin roughly a week after my initial inquiry, and Darrin set up an appointment to take a look on May 1, 2020. Darrin did come out on May 1st, and he looked my cover over thoroughly. I had done quite a bit of research myself by that point, and was able to provide him with a list of the specific CoverStar parts I believed would be necessary to repair my cover. And that's the last I've heard from this company… I've followed up with phone calls, texts and emails multiple times, but have never been able to actually speak with anyone from this company after this initial discussion. I’ve started the process over again this year, and left another voice mail message today (no answer when I called, again). So I really can’t recommend this company at this point, due to how unresponsive they have been thus far.

  Have used Precision Pool for over 5 Years. They put in our current liner and it looks great. Chemicals provided are high quality. Pool has remained crystal clear all summer. Only had to shock and use algaecide, 3 times all summer.

  "Precision Pool and Covers is Lincoln, Nebraska's trusted pool company, offering inspections and repairs for any swimming pool or cover." This is NOT a true statement as they do NOT work on above ground pools and it only took Erwin a week to call me back and finally let me know. If it takes that long to return a phone call, how long does it take for actual work to be done?
