  I've had no luck having this company repair my Coverstar Pool Cover, despite many phone messages, and I have found them to be very unresponsive. Here’s my story: I contacted Precision Pool and Covers in April of 2020 to request that they troubleshoot and provide me with a bid to repair my CoverStar in-ground pool cover. I was contacted by Darrin roughly a week after my initial inquiry, and Darrin set up an appointment to take a look on May 1, 2020. Darrin did come out on May 1st, and he looked my cover over thoroughly. I had done quite a bit of research myself by that point, and was able to provide him with a list of the specific CoverStar parts I believed would be necessary to repair my cover. And that's the last I've heard from this company… I've followed up with phone calls, texts and emails multiple times, but have never been able to actually speak with anyone from this company after this initial discussion. I’ve started the process over again this year, and left another voice mail message today (no answer when I called, again). So I really can’t recommend this company at this point, due to how unresponsive they have been thus far.

  We are delighted with the pool Precision Pool installed for us! Erwin & Darrin gave excellent advice throughout the design, installation process, and during our first summer as pool owners. They took into account all of our needs and helped ensure that the pool we chose was best suited to our family. Their entire installation team was courteous, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. We would them again immediately! When it comes to service and teaching on pool management, they are outstanding. They responded to messages immediately (24/7 including holidays and weekends) and when they weren't able to coach us through the issue, they were on-site within hours.

  Have used Precision Pool for over 5 Years. They put in our current liner and it looks great. Chemicals provided are high quality. Pool has remained crystal clear all summer. Only had to shock and use algaecide, 3 times all summer.

  Called when they were closed last night with a pool cover issue and left a message. Next day they arrived and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. Great Job!!
