    I bought 4 expensive cans of Sherman Williams paint a few months ago, used 2 immediately and kept the other two for touch ups. Last night I opened one, dried out. I opened the second, dried out as well. I went to the store, no one at the paint counter. I asked an angry women who went to get the manager. The coward didn’t even come out to talk, just turned me away. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s, but won’t give these crooks anymore of my money.

    Delivered two damaged fridges, forgot the fridge on another attempt, and then after 10 days, they refunded me $109.58 less than what I paid. I spoke directly with the store manager during the process, and he couldn’t care less. They said they could provide me an ‘upgraded fridge’ and then their fridge person proceeded to give me a bunch of options which were downgrades. I would never order appliances from these people.

    This has been the worse experience EVER. We are working to remodel our kitchen cabnets and counter no issues. Now at the backsplash and we have no idea where our stuff is we paid for. Long story short, our stuff is lost, lowes schedule delivery 2 different times, we took off work and no one shows up. The installation is scheduled in 2 days and we dont have the supplies we paid for from lowes, papillion lowes doesnt have stuff we paid for and the installer doesn't have the stuff we paid for. We get the same promise when we call,it will be delivere this day, this time. We have been on the phone with managers and the installer and lowes installation, we have personally drove to store 2 times to talk to them in person. We made store manager give us a written note saying we are not responsible if our stuff isnt found. We get the run around and promises that never happen. DON'T GO HERE FOR DELIVERY OF ITEMS, PICKUP YOURSELF IF YOU MUST BUY LOWES. IM TIRED OF EMPTY PROMISES, WE ARE DONE with them. Update: they delivered stuff that we didn't order and onebitem was a OPEN bag of grout. Called lowes insulation again and yhe store manager told them they personally put it on the cart andbit was coŕrect. We HAVE pictures and receipt showing different

    Lowe's was a life saver being open so late during the week I had a faucet hose pop on my food trailer and they were there open for me to keep working. Thank you

    I had a terrible experience with Lowe's and their 3rd party delivery team in the last couple days dealing with a washer/dryer install. However, I'm giving them 4 stars because of their upper level management actually took time to contact me over the weekend and make sure the issue was resolved. I don't believe it shouldn't have even gotten to that level, but regardless Tabatha really made sure our issue had been resolved and I do truly appreciate that. Her phone call really turned my whole day around after all this!!
