Friendly helpful staff is something you can always count on at Lowe’s. Only 4 stars due to the poor quality copper pipe they had. All were bent and plumbing isles looked like a bomb went off. Nothing horrible. Will shop with them again.

I recently purchased a Toro mower from this store and had a great experience. Because of the $ (over $6k) amount of the purchase I received $90 in My Lowes rewards money. I tried to use it today and it was gone. I called customer care and was told the money automatically expires in 30 days if no expiring period is stated and was told I needed to read the terms and conditions under the link. I did not receive an email or in app message about the points or them expiring. Customer care stated they could send a 1 time $25 off courtesy coupon and that’s it. Very disappointed.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
