DO NOT GET DELIVERY HERE!
We ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered to our home, and when they arrived, a vent was not loaded into the delivery truck. We contacted customer service, who assured us that they would be back with the vent to finish the dryer setup. The delivery truck returned a few days later, but once again, the vent had not been put into the truck. Once again, we contacted customer service, who said they would contact their delivery team and have the vent sent over later that day. IT IS NOW 7:10 PM, AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR DELIVERY SINCE 10 AM.
PS. NEVER SHOPPING AT LOWES AGAIN.

Keith the manager at papillon was horribly rude and insinuated I was trying to scam them or something. Would not honor their active advertised promotion. Lacking any customer service skills whatsoever and just downright rude. Avoid dealing with him at all costs. In serious need of some new management!

I had to return paint after an error Lowe's had made. I had a wall professionally painted in this color. Keith, the store manager, said there was nothing he could do. I understand and figured that would be Lowe's policy. However, Keith, you have the bedside manner of Scrooge. Furthermore, you are the manager. You make more than your employees. It's your job to deliver bad news, not to make your employees do it and then run and hide like you did. Merry Christmas Keith. In the New Year, may you learn the communication skills a manager needs.
