  I have stored in this facility twice and I have had a great experience both times. I currently still have a unit in their facility. The management is great at this place. Stacey, the current manager is always their to help you if you need it. The place is always clean and I have always been able to access the facility before 10:00p.m. I have already recommended the place to family and friends and a few family members have used this facility twice. Each time I have moved I don't go anywhere else but extra space storage. That is why I give the facility five stars.

  TRASH company!! Can't even be bothered to ACTUALLY address the DOUBLING of rent 3-4 months in. 3 months after moving in theyre trying to DOUBLE the rental rates. Talk about corporate greed and a bait and switch! They're trying to charge me more for monthly rent here then I pay on the coast in Florida in the middle of snowbird season when everything in the entire State doubles in price ... absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. They also route everything back to the local store when you try to get a hold of somebody, so the number that they give in the please give us feedback just go straight back to the store who can't do anything about the ridiculous rate hike. Absolutely no accountability, and just such crappy business practices I'm just disgusted. Don't bother with your canned answer to your bad reviews, I don't want to call the local store and discuss it with them, I already did that and there's nothing they can do because apparently the GM doesn't care enough to fix the problem nor does corporate, stop slapping your responsibility on to the very nice workers at the local store. If you want to discuss the issue, you have my phone number, you can give me a freaking call Edit: the number that they posted here also goes straight back to the store. Absolutely zero accountability or ability to follow through. Absolute trash company, do not use this company ever

  I have two different storage units at the Dodge Street location, and let me tell you something Stacey, has gone out of her way, to make my experience very easy and less stressful. This location has the nicest, and most helpful employees I've ever seen. Stacy has helped me with my Bill, as she found ways to make it much cheaper than what I was paying earlier. Thank you Stacey for really helping me. I appreciate you so much.
