Ok, so came back today with the piece and lady still refused b/c it has been "used". She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't believe I came all the way back just for that little thing. I told her it wasn't about the money, it's about best/ fair business practices for customers. She wanted to argue with me and try to make me feel stupid for returning something I didn't need. Lowe's lost a customer today.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
