Worked with Lowes for a full kitchen remodel. Worst customer experience of my life. It's not the cost but the complete lack of care with the third party contractors and zero communication. Been without a sink for two months because they would schedule countertops until after cabinets installed and only told day of the temporary sink they advertised is not available. Third party contractors left work undone still do not have a cabinets completed. Today the countertop people incorrectly put all the drawers back. There is zero responsibility because everything is done by independent contractors who clearly do not like working with Lowes.
I was dumb for thinking a big box store would be easier because they can handle everything. My complaints have been ignored my cabinets are unfinished but no one will take responsibility. Had to cancel the backsplash install because they made a mistake on the signed contract and refused to make it right.
Do not work with Lowes on any projects involving contractors. They seem to be in a contest with each other on who can blame the other more and make your life miserable in the process.

No stars!! Incredibly disappointing and infuriating! My parents bought a fridge here and they offered no delivery options. They didn't even want to hang on to it until my parents found a way to get it home. Once they got it home and into the kitchen, the fridge didn't work. My parents called Lowe's and they refused to stand behind it and said it was a kitchenaid problem and essentially washed their hands of it. My parents have had to throw out some food, which I believe they will help reimburse , so that it's something I guess. And now they have to wait for a kitchenaid repairman to come on Friday after just buying a brand new fridge that they can't use. Very poor customer service and product! It shouldn't have been on their floor to be sold if it wasn't working.And they should be standing behind what they sell. I know I will tell everyone I know not to shop there and I will not shop there either. I will spend my money at Menards or Home Depot

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
