- JBJoseph Bro4 days ago1.0Never trust Lowes.com. They charged me the 800 bucks for a vanity, then said the payment declined. I called and paid it again, and they canceled the order. Now they have my money and the vanity and refuse to give me either of them.

Arrived for pickup only to find out they had none of the items in any store in my area. I have only experienced this issue with Lowes. They need to refine their online ordering process to better reflect the items they have in store and save their POTENTIAL customers some time.

I bought two previous quarts of paint to finish my whole house paint job and for whatever reason the two previous employees couldn’t not get my custom paint matched up resulting in a total mismatch and start over. Robert literally typed the color code of the original can and determined right away the last can was just not mixed right. Robert know paint and he is your asset to making this customer walk out ear to ear smiling. Free lunch, bump in pay, free day off. Just take care of him somehow.

I also think that they have high quality paint, I got some interiors with a satin finish. Highly recommend the satin finishes because of the shine. Thanks for all the help!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
