- MKMark KierSep 16, 20251.0I purchased a LoveSac Sactional on August 10th. The full product arrived quickly. However, the wooden legs on several pieces were poorly made and the metal dowell simply came out of the leg while inserting the leg into the sactional piece. I called and asked for replacement items on Auguts 15th. They approved the order. They hadn't shipped by Sep 11th and I called back. It seems there was"some hiccup" that caused my order fall through the cracks. They offered me a free blanket and stated that they would "expedite" my order. It is now September 17th and the orders for both products are still "processing". Mind you I have a $7500 sactional that is STILL not completely put together since early August. I should have sent the whole thing back! UNSATISFACTORY!!!!
