- ARAutumn RootAug 2, 20252.0It’s convenient, so that was good. I had three keys made, all of the keys do not go in the door keyhole easily. You have to jiggle the key around often, to make it go in to unlock door. I’m able to get into my house, but I’d be in trouble if I needed to unlock the door quickly!

I asked for a price and they said they would have someone call me. In the meantime time Fortunately I found a window opened and got in the house, called back out courtesy to let them know I no longer needed their service and they told me I was to pay a $29 charge to cancel, I refused to pay since I had only called for a price. Then came the text telling me they would not have technician until 8 am the next day and asked if I still needed service I replied no. I would definitely not recommend this “not local company”.
