- AKAnn KozolApr 10, 20231.0Poorly run business. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I was disregarded with a billing concern that was recently added (unfairly in my opinion). There must be some very fine print in regards to their service fees and business practices. Very disappointed that I was not a valued customer after my years of loyalty. The owner couldn't have cared less when I called to cancel future services. Hope others will consider putting their hard earned money into reputable businesses that value them in return with great service, honesty and good customer service.
