When I decided to get a storage unit, I shopped around a little, but was immediately impressed with the number of positive reviews for this location. I especially liked all the comments about how great it was to work with the site manager, Dean. And, it certainly didnt hurt that the prices i found online were about $40 a month less than the nearby competitor! I started the online process of reserving a unit, but had a question about the locks and called the listed number. I ended up speaking to Demetra, at the main call center, and she was MORE than helpful. She answered my question, and then actually offered to go through the rental process with me over the phone in case I had any other questions. She was an absolute delight, probably the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. I had my unit number and access code and was all set. When I went to the facility, i stopped at the office to find out where my unit was. I met John ( who was very pleasant and helpful ) and later met Dean - when I needed some help with the lock. Dean was every bit as professional and helpful as all the reviews said. He even offered to switch my unit when we opened it and realized there were a couple of oil stains from the previous renter. Even though this is just day one, I know I made the right choice with ExtraSpace at 192/Edna. It is an affordable, very clean facility, run by people who care about the customer!
