    Ordered a 20FT snowman inflatable to be picked up yesterday, got home and it was already returned/used. Not happy to unbox a sopping wet, muddy and moldy inflatable that they just retaped the box too like it wasn’t returned! I’m hoping the manager will make it right. Will gladly update with a better review if gets resolved

    Christmas blow molds for my front yard decor.Very cool and clean store.Service was excellent and Shareyl was a excellent customer service person.She and the manager went beyond the call of duty to help me get the best price on my merchandise.Will be back to shop again.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
