    Refrigerator kept tripping circuit breaker. Needed to have someone look at to determine cause and if unit needed replaced. You were booked up until the following week. We found another service company to look at, so did not need your service.

    You can’t find a better appliance repair place. Andy’s technicians are professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They pursue every option to complete the repair…which is not always easy when the manufacturer can’t even provide the correct answers, parts and diagrams needed to complete the job. I highly recommend Andy’s for all your repair needs. Jeremy is the best.

    They are so great! We have had them fix multiple things, but this one tops them all. Our oven had a part that went bad. My husband called to see if they had it on a weekend. They said yes they do but they closed in 10 minutes. We live 20 min away. They were so kind and stayed open for us to get there and get the part we needed. Top notch service!!! I will always recommend them for repairs.

    Can't say enough good things about this company. My refrigerator stopped cooling on Oct.31st and is covered by my home warranty. The home warranty company sent out two different repair companies before they sent out Andy's. The first company said they couldn't repair it and the second company said they would order parts and come back. The second company came back on November 18th and worked on refridge and as of November 20th it still wasn't working. Warranty company then dispatched Andy's Appliance and they came out promptly. The technician diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Put in writing to my warranty company and to me what the issue was and left me his card. He also told me to contact the manufacturer as he believed my refrigerator could still be covered under their warranty. Thank you Andy's Appliance for understanding the urgency of my situation ( other companies weren't as considerate, knowledgeable, or prompt).

    Unfortunately the issue was not resolved. The technician did not address the core issue, a long fill alarm. Instead the ice machine was reset and began to work. We have been resetting the alarm our selves so of course that worked temporarily. The technician was not interested in the history of issues we’ve had with this unit and took the easy way out. Lastly the technician left without speaking to anyone explain the repair. This technician avoided verbal communication and any answer was one or two words. The interaction was odd and a bit bizarre.
