- TWTonya WhateverJan 27, 20261.0Worst place ever. They did fix the refrigerator which was the ice maker. The washing machine they came here saying that the mother board needed to be replaced. Well they replaced it, had to call them back since the repair man forgot to connect everything right so had to wait days for them to come out and finish the job they didn't do right the first time. If that's not bad enough replacing the mother board did not fix the issue. After having another repair company come out. They noticed Andy's didn't even properly inspect the washer. Why because changing the mother board would never fix the issue the washer is needing a full repair. The shift, the starter bolts all messed up and why the washer sticks in a censoring mood and will not work. Do yourself a favor and call a different company to fix your appliances otherwise you will spend a ton of money and still have a broken appliance. Would never use this company again.

Josh was back in two days and installed the new part ii 30 minutes time. While Josh was at our house, I showed him a problem with our dryer. He knew what caused the problem and said he had the necessary replacement parts on his truck. He suggested that i call the office to schedule a return visit to fix the dryer. I did call and Josh came back and fixed the dryer in 45 minutes time. Andy's is a well organized and efficient operation I strongly recommend them for your appliance repair needs.
