    I will never rent from them again. Not willing to work with me , on my payments , trying to get caught up but can’t pay hundred dollar payments every time. I am trying to get them to pick up the items , or get a set return date . But they are hard to work with.

    It’s 345 in the afternoon and the store was closed. Very frustrating because they are suppose to Close at 7pm. I ordered a kitchen table over a week ago and it keeps being delayed. Left work and all just for them to be closed even though I spoken to a guy lastnight and he told me to come in today.

    I ordered the mower online. I tried to call the store two days after I ordered it to get an estimated delivery date because I don’t have a good phone signal inside my house. I wanted to know what day they planned on calling me to set up delivery so that I could be prepared to take the call by being outside where I can get a good cell signal. I was told they would call me Monday and hung up on me while on Monday, which is today they called me kept saying I put into Social Security number, so they’re not gonna rent to me. The guy kept gaslighting me talking about. I had an attitude would not tell me when he’s gonna be able to issue me a refund. Stated that he would have to refund me with cash all over an hour and a half away from the store. I’m not driving there to get my money back. They took it on the Internet. They could give it back to me the same way they took it from me I called customer service. Corporate office try to handle the situation. They had better customer service. Than the store level I told the lady and customer service that I was trying to purchase a mower. I wish I would’ve read all the reviews on here before I mess with these people. Horrible service horrible customer service the manager here needs to be let go They need to find somebody that can do the job because this guy is not cutting it. Their mowers are overpriced by $4000. I was fine with paying that because I needed a mower a week ago when I ordered it. Now I have the cash to just go buy a mower so I won’t be needing them For what’s probably gonna be a lifetime for a refund I do not recommend the store to anyone which is just sad because I’ve dealt with Aaron’s for the last 20 something years and I always had A good experience until now

    So I called today as I was instructed at 12pm to see if the stove and refrigerator could be delivered today mind you I placed the order a week ago. I was told it's a possibility or I had to wait until Monday I was fine with that, but I called and spoke with Jen and she told me I had to wait until Monday. I asked her why when you do the paperwork online it says it will be delivered in 2-3 days instead we get it when the payment is due that is not the part they tell you. Which is fine if they would tell you so fast forward I spoke with Jen she told her manager that I cursed her out and hung up on her, which is far from the truth we hung up mutually and he said he believes his employee so they don't want to rent to me when I only asked questions hopefully they would have asked being in my shoes
