I went in on 9/22/25 to lease a couch I found one that I liked and put in my order. I was told it would be delivered on 9/29/25. On the morning of delivery I called and was told my name is on the list for delivery and that it would be here between 11am-6pm then I called again around 3pm to ask if they could call me when they get here just in case I’m not home. The person I spoke to at that time tells me that my name is actually not on the list for delivery which is completely wrong on their end because I have an email confirming that my delivery is in fact 9/29 then he says we’ll see if we can deliver it today. It’s just the lack of communication between the employees because each one is telling me something different. Very horrible communication and customer service. Will not be ordering again EVER and don’t recommend for anybody. Go somewhere else for your furniture

It’s 345 in the afternoon and the store was closed. Very frustrating because they are suppose to
Close at 7pm. I ordered a kitchen table over a week ago and it keeps being delayed. Left work and all just for them to be closed even though I spoken to a guy lastnight and he told me to come in today.

I ordered the mower online. I tried to call the store two days after I ordered it to get an estimated delivery date because I don’t have a good phone signal inside my house. I wanted to know what day they planned on calling me to set up delivery so that I could be prepared to take the call by being outside where I can get a good cell signal. I was told they would call me Monday and hung up on me while on Monday, which is today they called me kept saying I put into Social Security number, so they’re not gonna rent to me. The guy kept gaslighting me talking about. I had an attitude would not tell me when he’s gonna be able to issue me a refund. Stated that he would have to refund me with cash all over an hour and a half away from the store. I’m not driving there to get my money back. They took it on the Internet. They could give it back to me the same way they took it from me I called customer service. Corporate office try to handle the situation. They had better customer service. Than the store level I told the lady and customer service that I was trying to purchase a mower. I wish I would’ve read all the reviews on here before I mess with these people. Horrible service horrible customer service the manager here needs to be let go They need to find somebody that can do the job because this guy is not cutting it. Their mowers are overpriced by $4000. I was fine with paying that because I needed a mower a week ago when I ordered it. Now I have the cash to just go buy a mower so I won’t be needing them For what’s probably gonna be a lifetime for a refund I do not recommend the store to anyone which is just sad because I’ve dealt with Aaron’s for the last 20 something years and I always had A good experience until now

So I called today as I was instructed at 12pm to see if the stove and refrigerator could be delivered today mind you I placed the order a week ago. I was told it's a possibility or I had to wait until Monday I was fine with that, but I called and spoke with Jen and she told me I had to wait until Monday. I asked her why when you do the paperwork online it says it will be delivered in 2-3 days instead we get it when the payment is due that is not the part they tell you. Which is fine if they would tell you so fast forward I spoke with Jen she told her manager that I cursed her out and hung up on her, which is far from the truth we hung up mutually and he said he believes his employee so they don't want to rent to me when I only asked questions hopefully they would have asked being in my shoes

Poor quality merchandise nothing is new it’s ALL refurbished and they lie about pricing they tell you one price and a few payments later the final price goes up a few hundred dollars. Tommy is a liar and likes to insult customers

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
