I have been trying to get a return set up , to pick up stuff. And I set up 2 and first one they were suppose to be there between 9 and noon. And they didn’t show up until 1:30. And I set up a second one for today to have them pick up stuff and they were again suppose to be there at 8 :00 am and I told Danielle that I had to be to work at 9:00 am and I work in Omaha so I have to leave my house around 8:15 or so. And they show up at 8:45 . If you tell someone you will be there at 8:00am then that means be there when you say you are , not half hour late or a hour.
I am not going to sit around and wait for you. You guys sure do not know how to run a business.
And also I think it is very uncalled for to be very rude to my neighbor, asking her if she has a key to my place and all that . And no she does not.
So I guess if you want to pickup stuff then be on time , and be there when you say you are going be there not 30 , or 45 , hour late.

I dealt with Aaron's years ago and aside from a few hiccups never had an issue. I needed a new bedroom set and they were my first thought. I was apprehensive after reading the recent reviews however seeing all the negative comments about both staff and management. I took a chance with fingere crossed and there I met Danielle. Thankfully NOTHING like the descriptive reviews.. knowledgeable and wholly focused on customer service. We not only found just what I needed but she was patient enough to include my wife in the buying process over the phone on FaceTime since she couldn't be there in person. I asked her about the negative reviews and her response with a warm smile was "there's a new sheriff in town". Overall hands down. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had and I will be returning soon!

Thanks to danielle I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aaron’s Rent to Own, and it was all thanks to the incredible salesperson who helped me. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was their patience and product knowledge. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question without rushing me, and made sure I understood the pricing and payment plans. There was zero pressure—just honest guidance and a true desire to help.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. Because of them, I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited about my decision.

Yes never rent from them, all it has been is a hassle , and I new I could not afford anymore and I even talked with Kim and told them I would like to set up a pick up to come get the products,
And when I heard back they said they needed a payment.
And Tommy has been calling family members trying to get a hold of me but you know what they have not called me for like 2 to 3 weeks so, that is a lie.
This company is very hard to work with and dishonest.

We placed our order with a representative named Tommy who apparently ordered part of it for the store rather than for us. Tommy has since left, but the new manager Danielle has promised to make it right for us by Saturday (today). We are still waiting for our furniture and the store is not even picking up the phone today. Apparently their delivery drivers quit and they had to hire and train new drivers. I don't fault our driver who did the best with what he was given, but they should not have sent him alone with such a large delivery. My son had to help him unload the truck, which is a liability issue. Nor should they have assembled a dining room table in the shop without taking into consideration that it wouldn't fit through the front door after being assembled! I had to disassemble the table and then reassemble it inside the house. Finally, they delivered a floor model TV with a soundbar but did not include either installation instructions or the separate remote control needed for the soundbar. I've never had problems with Aarons before and I can't fault any individual employee because this appears to be a system issue that management needs to address.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator.
