- SMShantese MinturnMar 8, 20262.0CHECK THE TAGS BEFORE PURCHASING: The reason for the 2star rating is because the price I paid is not the price that is on the actual product. Once, I got home and took the mirror out the package I noticed that the price on the back of the mirror was different than what was printed on the front of the package. So, I tried to carefully take off the sticker and to see that the actual price is different and lower. From now on I will definitely pay more attention. I did call and speak so someone at the store and was told I'd have to bring the mirror and packaging back in for proof and then they will refund me the difference. That's a hassle.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
