My extended warranty people said there was a note that the ordered parts (but they never came to see what was needed). The guy got here and said there's another part broken and he has to order it. (Would have been ordered if they had shown up the first time to look). They come today because the part came in. When he gets here, he tells me the part that came in was broke. So he has to order the part again!!!! I can't make this up.

I sent a photo including model number, saying they would call back and schedule an appointment, they didn’t call back, I called a two days later , spoke to another person, who said they would contact me, they never called back, & today is March 24th, 2026. If they don’t have the part, they should have the courtesy of calling back and saying directly., that they can’t find or order the part. Then I can go elsewhere, instead of waiting for an answer.
