As I was in line, she was literally glaring at me staring right into my eyes as I looked back at her. All she does is sit back and boss everyone around. She doesn’t speak to customers nor will she help them. She threw a fit because one of her employees didn’t hear her call her to her register because she was putting things away. As this manager continued to sit and do nothing instead of open up a register and help the people in line. I could not believe it. I then had an issue with one of the florals that didn’t have a price tag. She sent someone to go find the price of it (without doing it herself). They discovered it broke off a larger piece. She told me if I wanted it I had to buy the entire thing which was 10 times as large as the one I had and wanted. She was dismissive and rude and went straight to throw the piece away, rather than offering it to me at a price. I would have paid for it and instead it went to the trash. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and was baffled that this was all an experience directely with the manager.
