    spent 4 min arguing with AI just to talk to a human.. then asked for a maniger and sadly the gal told me she cant even get ahold of one they are ignoring her requests.. she informed me that she gets lots of complaints about the AI phone system also. congrats i was calling about a larger order in the 20k range. home depot will get that business now.. no one wants to talk to a dam robot! hire humans!

    The only reason I gave it a one start is because a nice friendly face greeted me at the door and helped me find the bathroos. However....I came here looking for a bathroom sink for a good 20-30 mins. Going from sink to sink to sink, looking at ever sink. I even went down the sink aisle and looked at all the sinks, then I went to the faucets and looked at all the faucet. And the entire time I was looking, I saw employees walking up-and-down and all around and some of them, including the employees that work in that department look dead at me BUT NOT ONCE did anyone try to help me or see if I needed help! I've worked in retail long enough to know that, that is not, nowhere near good customer service! Definitely, spending my money elsewhere!!

    Purchased a New washer and dryer from here and the delivery guys were on point! Something I really want to highlight on was the transparency and kindness that they provided while also getting my new appliances set up. Dante and Brock know what they’re doing and I really hope Lowe’s takes good care of them, because hard workers don’t come around everyday.

    😡😡😡. Very poor management. Customer service is the worst!! I purchased 2 identical Moen faucets (bathroom) in January of 2026 and went to return the 2 faucets March 13, 2026 and my return was denied!! I couldn’t locate the receipt and mentioned to the DEI hire (weird glasses, hair do) that she could look up the purchase from Lowe’s end but she wouldn’t work. I left and called the manager and the same story. “No return without a receipt” ( I just wanted to exchange for a different style and I would pay the difference by the way these were $150 each). I don’t get it. 😡😡😡 I’ve just read some other reviews and a common response from Lowe’s is “reach out to 1-800- ——— ————“, why, I don’t know. Probably to waste more of peoples time. RESPONSE TO LOWES REPLY: As I stated above Somebody from Lowe’s would respond with a ridiculous response and say call an 800 number which Lowe’s rep did. The number is an automated machine for customer service. Sheesh!!
